1. I will NOT copy someone elses work. Please do not ask me to make a layout just like something someone else made. You can show me examples of a style, but I will not copy another layout.

2. You have to pay FIRST. Once you have sent an order, I will email you with my paypal address and the price of your order. Once I have recieved payment, I will work on your order.

3. You have to link back to Black Parade Designs in some shape or form. Credit for the layout is a must.

4. Please allow 2 weeks for an order to be completed. I have a job and a life so I don't always have time to do graphics right when they are ordered. Please be patient. Do not email me before two weeks is up asking the status of your order. I will get it done as soon as I can! I promise! If for any reason I am behind and it will take longer, I will let you know ahead of time and you can choose to purchase your layout or not.

5. There are no refunds or cancellations once you have paid.

6. I no longer offer coding, I have had too many problems with it.

7. You must use the layout (either premade or custom) within ONE MONTH of your completed order. If you do not use the layout within ONE MONTH, I reserve the right to resell your layout as a premade and you WILL NOT receive a refund. In addition, you must keep the layout up for 2 or more weeks.
